Island Adventure : Be Part of The IrishLight Collection 2017

One week to go until we launch the IrishLight Festival 2017 with an exhibition opening and book launch inspired and created by our workshop participants last year. In 2016 we ran 5 simultaneous workshops from Donegal to West Cork, and we were really lucky to have Ireland’s top landscape professionals on board to run the programme. The imagery that was made over 2 days in September 2016 by 32 participating photographers has now been turned into a beautiful hardback book. All proceeds from sales are in aid of the Samaritans. Join us at the exhibition opening and book launch on 21st Sep – invite below.

This year we are getting more adventurous and we are taking over 7 islands. In only 2 weeks time we will run 7 simultaneous workshops on 7 different islands with 7 professional photographers and 42 participants. We will create a new body of work that will become – the IrishLight Collection 2017. The project will culminate next year with the creation of a new book in aid of our charity partner The Samaritans.

We have 2 spaces available for this amazing adventure and project. Get involved. Learn, participate and create amazing imagery.
