WORKSHOPS

If you cancel and the workshop gets filled, we will refund you the full amount you have paid for the tuition. If you cancel and the workshop doesn’t get filled you will be refunded according to the following breakdown, based on the full fee of the workshop

Greater than 60 days: full refund minus 100 EUR fee.

45-60 days before: 75% refund minus 100 EUR fee

30-45 days before: 50% refund minus 100 EUR fee

Less than 30 days: no refund

Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made and will be initiated within 72 hours of the time that the request is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse participation in our workshops. Placing a deposit is not a guarantee of participation.

BIG DAY EVENT

Big Day tickets are non-refundable. However, Big Day tickets can be transferred to another name
