We are delighted to announce that the IrishLight 2018 workshops programme is now live. 42 photographers, 7 workshops, located around Ireland, led by Ireland’s foremost landscape professionals, shooting different Irish landscapes simultaneously under one unifying theme.
The unique outcome, a beautifully crafted hardback book plus exhibition showing the light unfold. Last year we published Atlantic Reach (images created 2016) while raising vital funds for our charity partner, The Samaritans. We also had an incredible adventure shooting ‘The Island’ in 2017, due to be published later this year also in aid of charity.
The theme for this year’s workshops/exhibition/book is
Rebels and Kings
All workshops will be based in Cork and Kerry. The Rebel County and the Kingdom. Some of the finest scenery in Ireland seems to warrant a detailed study and we think it will make for a fantastic project.
September 27th – 30th
