Mastering Luminosity Masks with Nick Page

Nick Page is one of the foremost landscape photographers in the world today. An amazing educator and an incredible youtube channel that all lovers of landscape photography will be familiar with. He likes to play things down as you can read below from his website BIO but we are massive fans and honoured to have him on board for this unique chance to host this workshop.

The workshop will start at 10am and finish at 4pm. There will be a one hour break for lunch plus 2 15 minute break during the day. The workshop will take place in the Royal Marine Hotel Dunlaoghaire. The session will be recorded and sent back to each participant. 

In the course, we will cover

  • Understanding what Luminosity Masks are, and how to create them

  • Understanding the differences between Luminosity Masks, and Luminosity Selections

  • Utilizing Luminosity Masks to control contrast

  • Exposure blending utilizing Luminosity Masks

  • Guided Dodging and Burning using Luminosity masks

  • Controlling visual Path using Luminosity Masks
